1. Reference Submission Requirement
Form Submission: Affiliates must complete and submit the Affiliate Reference Form by the date of the reference’s enrollment.
Deadline: Affiliates have up to 5 business days from the date of the reference’s enrollment to submit the form. Submissions made after this window will not be eligible for affiliate program benefits.
2. Referral Bonus Eligibility & Payment Release
Monthly Payout: Affiliates will earn $100 for each enrolled reference after one month, provided the reference has met all enrollment and payment requirements.
Minimum Payout Threshold: A minimum of $300 in accumulated referral bonuses is required before any payout is released. Once this threshold is reached, bonuses will be paid out on a monthly cycle.
3. Additional Terms & Conditions
Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent activity or misuse of the affiliate program may lead to disqualification and forfeiture of all referral bonuses.
Payment Cycles: Referral bonuses are processed and paid on a monthly cycle, once all eligibility and threshold conditions are satisfied.
Non-Transferable: Affiliate benefits are non-transferable and apply solely to the registered affiliate.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the payout date. All disputes will be reviewed and resolved by Virinox Consulting LLP.
